Do you clean high-rise towers yourselves?
Ground to 2nd floor is our own crew. Higher floors are coordinated through certified high-rise partners, so rope-access work is handled by specialists certified in that discipline specifically.
What is a water-fed pole, and why use one instead of a ladder?
It is an extendable pole with purified water, reaching several storeys from the ground with no need for a technician to leave the ground. We use whichever method fits the access and the building.
How do you avoid streaks in Doha's dust and heat?
Purified water and a squeegee technique finish the glass without the mineral residue tap water leaves behind, which is what causes streaking as the water dries in the heat.
